2. Booking and Payments

• All quotes are subject to availability and can change without notice until a booking is finalized and ticketed.
• Names provided during booking must exactly match the traveler's government-issued identification (e.g., passport for international travel).
• We may charge a service fee for the fulfillment of bookings, which will be disclosed during the payment process.

3. Travel Documents and Passports

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure they have the valid travel documents required for their journey. Travel King World cannot be held liable for passengers who are denied boarding due to incorrect visas, expired passports, or other missing documentation.

4. Changes and Modifications

Any modifications to existing reservations must be requested via our support line at +1 (877) 402-5177. Modification requests are subject to airline/supplier penalties and our agency's processing fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

As we act as an agent connecting you with suppliers, Travel King World assumes no responsibility for the actions, omissions, or errors of those suppliers (e.g., flight delays, overbooking at hotels, lost baggage).
