Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Travel King World. As an independent travel agency, we strive to offer the most transparent booking process possible. Keep in mind that as an intermediary, our refund policies are heavily dictated by the direct suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies).

1. Flight Cancellations & Refunds

• 24-Hour Free Cancellation: Many airline tickets allow a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation is made at least 7 days before departure. Contact us immediately at +1 (877) 402-5177 if you need a same-day cancellation.
• Non-Refundable Fares: The vast majority of deeply discounted airline tickets are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations of these tickets will unfortunately not yield a cash refund. However, airline credit may sometimes be provided at the airline's discretion.
• Agency Processing Fees: If a refund is permissible by the supplier, our agency may charge a small processing fee for facilitating the refund.

2. Hotel & Car Rental Refunds

Hotel and car rental cancellation policies differ greatly by chosen rate. "Pay Later" or "Free Cancellation" rates will be fully refunded if canceled before the supplier's provided deadline. "Pre-paid" and "Non-refundable" rates cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to cancel an itinerary or request a refund, you must call our 24/7 dedicated support team at +1 (877) 402-5177. Do not assume your booking is canceled until you receive email verification from us.

Please note that processing times for eligible refunds generally span 1-2 billing cycles depending on your card issuer and the airline.
